The content, analysis, and profit calculations provided by carFlippy do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. We do not guarantee any profits, successful transactions, or accurate market predictions. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before purchasing, selling, or interacting with any vehicle or third party.

3. Data Accuracy and Third-Party Information

carFlippy aggregates data from public sources and third-party APIs. We make absolutely no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of this data. Vehicle details, history, prices, tax bands, MOT statuses, and availability are subject to change without notice and may contain errors. carFlippy assumes no liability for any decisions made based on this information.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SANDBANKS DIGITAL, TRADING AS CARFLIPPY, OR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER. This limitation applies whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if carFlippy has been advised of the possibility of damages. You assume full responsibility for all risks associated with your vehicle transactions.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sandbanks Digital, trading as carFlippy, and its owners, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for a partially used billing period or other unused time.
